At Tack Shack of Ocala, we want you and your horse to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your equestrian gear or apparel doesn't meet your expectations, you can return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our customer service team via email or phone with your order number to receive a Return Authorization and a pre-paid shipping label.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Place the items in their original packaging with all tags attached, ensuring that horse blankets and tack are free of hair, dirt, or signs of use.

• 3.
  Ship to the Shack

  Affix the provided shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location for transit back to our Ocala warehouse.

• 4.
  Receive Refund or Exchange

  Once our team inspects the returned items, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship out your requested exchange within 5-7 business days.
